your proof of purchase and this printed warranty to substantiate a claim in the event warranty service is required.
LIMITED WARRANTY
This warranty applies to new Broyhill residential upholstered furniture and is extended only to the consumer
who makes the original purchase. Broyhill warrants the individual furniture components to be free of defects in
material and workmanship for the length of time specified. Broyhill will honor reasonable and customary labor
charges for parts and repairs within one year of the original date of purchase, and if required, transportation
from the servicing dealer to our factory. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO DEFECTS RESULTING
FROM NEGLIGENCE, MISUSE, PRODUCT MODIFICATION, ACCIDENTS OR COMMERCIAL USAGE, NOR
DOES IT COVER LOSS OF TIME, USAGE, MONEY OR ANY OTHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
EXPENSE. Under the terms of this limited warranty, Broyhill retains the option to repair or replace the defective
item on a pro rata basis.
WARRANTY SERVICE
All claims for service must be accompanied by proof of purchase (Bill of Sale). Contact the dealer from whom the
furniture was purchased to request warranty service under this warranty. If the original dealer is not accessible,
contact a local Broyhill dealer for assistance. Broyhill will not be responsible for transportation or packing
charges without prior approval. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO FURNITURE SOLD AS IS, FLOOR
MERCHANDISE, IN LIQUIDATION, DISTRESSED OR SECOND HAND CONDITION. Repair or replacement,
as determined by Broyhill, will be made as soon as practical.
STATIONARY UPHOLSTERY FRAME - LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
The frame, upholstered in the original fabric under normal use and conditions, is warranted to the original
purchaser against manufacturing defects, prorated over seven years, the expected lifetime of the product.
SPRINGS - LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY
The springs under normal use and conditions are warranted against breakage due to defective material or
workmanship prorated over seven years, the expected lifetime of the product.
STATIONARY UPHOLSTERY CUSHIONS - THREE YEARS
For Stationary Upholstery, high-density foam seat cushions are warranted against loss of resilency for three years
from the date of purchase. Over time, normal softening and some loss of resiliancy occurs in all polyester fiberwrapped foam cushion cores. Seat and back cushions will change shape with use and aging. In order to optimize
resiliency and wear, turn seat cushions and fluff pillow backs to retain even distribution of fiber filling. THIS
WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO CUSHIONS THAT HAVE EXPERIENCED NORMAL SOFTENING OR
NORMAL LOSS OF RESILIENCY OVER TIME.
RECLINING UPHOLSTERY CUSHIONS - ONE YEAR
For Reclining Upholstery, high-density foam seat cushions are warranted against loss of resilency for one year
from the date of the purchase. Over time, normal softening and some loss of resiliancy occurs in all polyester fiberwrapped foam cushion cores. Seat and back cushions will change shape with use and aging. In order to optimize
resiliency and wear, turn seat cushions and fluff pillow backs to retain even distribution of fiber filling. THIS
WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO CUSHIONS THAT HAVE EXPERIENCED NORMAL SOFTENING OR

RECLINING UPHOLSTERY FRAME AND RECLINER MECHANISM - LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

are warrented to the original purchaser against manufacturing defects, prorated over seven years, the expected
lifetime of the product.
GOOD NIGHT SLEEPER MATTRESS - FIVE YEARS
The Good Night Sleeper mattress, under normal use and conditions, is warranted against breakage due to
defective material or workmanship for five years from the date of purchase.
AIRDREAM™ MATTRESS - THREE YEARS
The AirDream™ Sleeper mattress, under normal use and conditions, is warranted against breakage due to defective
material or workmanship for three years from the date of purchase.
AIRDREAM™ PUMP - ONE YEAR
The AirDream™ electric inflation pump, under normal use and conditions, is warranted against breakage due to
defective material or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase.
SLEEPER AND SWIVEL ROCKER MECHANISMS - TWO YEARS
The sleeper and swivel rocker mechanisms, under normal use and conditions, are warranted against breakage due
to defective material or workmanship for two years from the date of purchase.
FABRIC/LEATHER - ONE YEAR
Upholstery fabrics and leather hides are warranted against defective material or workmanship for one year from
the date of purchase under normal care and use. Fabric fading, pilling, shrinkage, stretching, wearing quality
and color fastness are not covered by this warranty. FABRIC DAMAGE OR FAILURE DUE TO CHEMICAL
TREATMENTS APPLIED BY THE RETAILER OR CONSUMER, HEAVY SOILING, OR IMPROPER CLEANING
WILL VOID THIS WARRANTY.
Leather coverage does not include natural markings, shrinkage, stretching, or variations in grain or color, which
occur naturally and prove the authenticity of the leather.

CHÂSSIS D’AMEUBLEMENT STATIONNAIRE - GARANTIE À VIE LIMITÉE
Le châssis, rembourré dans le tissu d’origine sous de conditions normales d’utilisation, est garanti à l’acheteur
d’origine contre tout défaut de fabrication, au prorata pour une durée de sept ans, la durée de vie prévue du

RESSORTS - GARANTIE À VIE LIMITÉE
Les ressorts sous les conditions normales d’utilisation sont garantis contre les bris dûs à un défaut de fabrication
ou de matériau au prorata sur sept ans, la durée de vie prévue du produit.
COUSSINS D’AMEUBLEMENT STATIONNAIRE - TROIS ANS
Pour l’ameublement stationnaire, les coussins de mousse à haute-densité sont garantis contre toute perte de
résistance pour une durée de trois ans à partie de la date d’achat. Au fil du temps, l’adoucissement normal et une
certaine perte de résistance surviennent dans tous les noyaux de coussin de mousse enrobé de fibre de polyester.
Les coussins de siège et de dos changeront de forme avec l’utilisation et le vieillissement. Afin d’optimiser la
résistance et réduire l’usure, retournez les coussins de siège et ramenez la peluche des coussins afin de conserver
une répartition uniforme du rembourrage de fibres. CETTE GARANTIE NE S’APPLIQUE PAS AUX COUSSINS

Le matelas AirDream™, sous des conditions normales d’utilisation, est garanti contre tout bris dû à un défaut de
fabrication ou de matériel pendant trois ans à compter de la date d’achat.
POMPE AIRDREAM™ - UN AN
La pompe électrique de gonflage AirDream™, sous des conditions normales d’utilisation, est garanti contre tout
bris dû à un défaut de fabrication ou de matériel pendant un an à compter de la date d’achat.
COUCHETTE ET MÉCANISMES BERÇANTS ET PIVOTANTS - DEUX ANS
La couchette et les mécanismes berçants et pivotants sous des conditions normales d’utilisation, sont garantis
contre tout bris dû à un défaut de fabrication ou de matériel pendant deux ans à compter de la date d’achat.
TISSU/CUIR - UN AN
Le tissu de l’ameublement et le cuir sont garantis contre tout défaut de fabrication ou de matériel pendant un an
à compter de la date d’achat sous des conditions normales d’utilisation. La décoloration de tissu, le boulochage, le
rétrécissement, l’étirement, l’usure de qualité et la résistance des couleurs ne sont pas couverts par cette garantie.
L’ENDOMMAGEMENT DU TISSU À CAUSE DE TRAITEMENT CHIMIQUE APPLIQUÉ PAR LE DÉTAILLANT
OU CONSOMMATEUR, SALISSURES, OU NETTOYAGE INADÉQUAT ANNULERONT CETTE GARANTIE.
La couverture du cuir ne comprend pas les marques naturelles, le rétrécissement, l’étirement, ou des variations de
grain ou de couleur, qui se produisent naturellement et qui prouvent l’authenticité du cui.

exentos de defectos en material y mano de obra durante el plazo especificado. Broyhill aceptará cobros razonables
y habituales de mano de obra por piezas y reparaciones dentro de un año de la fecha de compra original, y si se
requiere, transporte desde el concesionario de servicio a nuestra fábrica. ESTA GARANTÍA NO ES APLICABLE
A LOS DEFECTOS RESULTANTES DE NEGLIGENCIA, USO INDEBIDO, MODIFICACIÓN DEL PRODUCTO,
ACCIDENTES O USO COMERCIAL, NI CUBRE TAMPOCO PÉRDIDA DE TIEMPO, USO, DINERO NI

SERVICIO DE GARANTÍA

GARANTÍA NO ES APLICABLE A MUEBLES VENDIDOS TAL COMO ESTÁN, MERCANCÍA DE MUESTRA
EN LA SALA DE VENTAS, EN LIQUIDACIÓN, DETERIORADA O DE SEGUNDA MANO. La reparación o
reemplazo, según lo determine Broyhill, se efectuará lo más pronto que sea practicable.

Para la tapicería estacionaria, los cojines de asientos de espuma de alta densidad están garantizados contra
la pérdida de flexibilidad durante tres años desde la fecha de compra. Con el paso del tiempo, se produce un
ablandamiento normal y cierta pérdida de flexibilidad en todo núcleo de cojines de espuma envuelta en fibra
de poliéster. Los cojines de asientos y respaldos cambian de forma con el uso y el paso del tiempo. Con el fin de
optimizar la flexibilidad y el desgaste, voltee los cojines de los asientos y esponje los cojines de los respaldos para
conservar una distribución uniforme del relleno de fibra. ESTA GARANTÍA NO ES APLICABLE A COJINES
QUE HAYAN SUFRIDO UN ABLANDAMIENTO NORMAL O PÉRDIDA NORMAL DE FLEXIBILIDAD CON
EL PASO DEL TIEMPO.

La bomba eléctrica para inflar AirDream™, bajo uso y condiciones normales, está garantizada contra roturas
debido a defectos de material o mano de obra durante un año desde la fecha de compra.
MECANISMOS DE MECEDORA Y SIESTA - DOS AÑOS
Los mecanismos de mecedora y siesta, bajo uso y condiciones normales, están garantizados contra roturas debido
a defectos de material o mano de obra durante dos años desde la fecha de compra.
TELA/CUERO - UN AÑO
Las telas de tapicería y los cueros de animales están garantizados contra defectos de material o mano de obra
durante un año desde la fecha de compra bajo cuidado y uso normales. Esta garantía no cubre desteñido,
formación de motitas, encogimiento, calidad de desgaste y color. QUEDARÁ NULA ESTA GARANTÍA EN
CASO DE DAÑOS O FALLAS DE LA TELA DEBIDO A TRATAMIENTOS QUÍMICOS APLICADOS POR EL
VENDEDOR O EL CONSUMIDOR, MANCHAS DIFÍCILES O LIMPIEZA INDEBIDA.
La cobertura del cuero no incluye marcas naturales, encogimiento, estiramiento o variaciones en veta o color, los
cuales existen naturalmente y demuestran la autenticidad del material.
